SRKay Consulting Group ("we", "our", or "the Company") operates the SRKay Insights mobile application ("App"), available on iOS and Android. The App is a business productivity tool designed exclusively for employees and authorised personnel of organisations under agreement with SRKay Consulting Group.
SRKay Insights gives employees a convenient, mobile-first way to manage timesheets and submit gate pass applications — without needing to access the web portal each time.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Admin-Provisioned Accounts
No public self-registration. SRKay Insights is not open to the general public. All user accounts are created, managed, and deactivated exclusively by your organisation's HR or IT administrator. Employees cannot sign up independently — all access is provisioned by authorised company personnel.
If you are an employee using this App, your account was set up on your behalf by your HR department. For account access issues or incorrect profile data, please contact your HR or IT administrator directly.
⚠️ For App Store reviewers: This app requires an admin-issued account to function. It is intended only for employees of organisations under agreement with SRKay Consulting Group. Demo credentials are available upon request.
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver the App's core HR functions. We do not collect location data, camera or microphone access, photos, contacts, financial data, or any sensitive personal information.

- Diagnosing technical issues, crashes, and improving App performance
- Complying with applicable labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements
🚫 We do not use your data for advertising, targeted marketing, behavioural profiling, or any commercial purposes beyond operating the App.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
Your data is shared only in the following limited and strictly controlled circumstances:
- Within your organisation: HR administrators and authorised managers can access timesheet and gate pass data relevant to their official role.
- Service providers: We may use trusted third-party cloud hosting and analytics providers who process data solely on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose data when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process from competent authorities.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Employee data is retained for the duration of employment, or as required by your organisation's data retention policy and applicable Indian labour laws. Upon account deactivation by an HR administrator, personal data will be anonymised or securely deleted within a reasonable period — unless retention is mandated for legal, audit, or compliance purposes.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
While we employ robust security practices, no digital system is entirely immune to risk. Please report any suspected security concerns to insights.support@srkay.com.
Push Notifications and Device Identifiers
We use push notifications to keep you updated on your account activity, security alerts, and key features of the App. To provide these services across different platforms, we adhere to the following practices:
- Data Collection & Linkage: We collect and process specific device identifiers, such as Device Tokens and Unique Device IDs .
- Purpose of Use: We may use third-party service providers (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification service) to facilitate the delivery of these notifications. These providers process device identifiers solely to route messages to your device.
- Transactional: Notifications regarding your account status, system maintenance, or security updates.
- Promotional: With your explicit opt-in, we may send notifications about new features, insights, or professional updates.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification service) to facilitate the delivery of these notifications. These providers process device identifiers solely to route messages to your device.
- User Control & Opt-Out: You can manage your notification preferences or completely opt-out at any time:
- On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > SRKay Insights > Notifications.
- On iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > SRKay Insights.
- You may also find notification settings within the App’s settings menu.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify users via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
